Navy Commissions USS Delbert D. Black Destroyer

The U.S. Navy held a limited-attendance commissioning ceremony for USS Delbert D. Black, the 68th delivered Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer. The service branch said Saturday it live-streamed the event for mass viewing. James Guerts, assistant secretary of the Navy, represented Navy Secretary Kenneth J. Braithwaite at the ceremony.
